We are certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), FSSC 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management), and are audited by AIB International. Our facility is third-party inspected to ensure our processes meet the highest standards for food packaging manufacturing.

Minimum order quantities vary by product type and customization. Stock items have lower minimums, while custom printed bags and specialty products may have higher minimums due to setup costs. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll provide exact minimums for your order.

Lead time depends on the product and customization required. Stock items generally ship within 2–3 business days. Custom orders — including specific sizes, mil thicknesses, and printed bags — typically require 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you an exact timeline when you request a quote.

Yes. We specialize in high-quality flexographic printing on plastic films with up to 6 vibrant colors. We can print logos, text, barcodes, nutritional info, and compliance messaging. Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). We can also help with design if needed.

Absolutely. We extrude our own LDPE film in-house, which gives us full control over sizing and mil thickness. We can manufacture bags and film to your exact width, length, gusset depth, and mil thickness specifications.

All products ship from our manufacturing facility at 1800 East 50th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058. We ship nationwide. Will-call pickup is also available by appointment during business hours.

If a product falls outside of our published tolerances, contact us immediately so our quality team can review and correct the issue. We stand behind every product we manufacture.

We do not currently manufacture compostable bags, but we can help source or recommend alternative options that meet your sustainability goals. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

We primarily work with Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). We also offer specialty materials including anti-static film, VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) film, and FDA-grade virgin material options. All materials are extruded in-house at our LA facility.
