These terms apply to your use of mplasticsinc.com and to orders, quotes, and pickups from M Plastics, Inc. ("M Plastics," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on this site are current list prices per case or per roll and are subject to change without notice, including adjustments tied to resin market pricing. Quotes and online price estimates are not binding until we confirm your order in writing. Obvious pricing errors on the site may be corrected, and we may cancel any order placed at an erroneous price before it is confirmed.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to availability and our written confirmation. Submitting an order or request through the site does not guarantee stock. In-stock items are typically ready for pickup in 2–3 business days after confirmation; out-of-stock items typically require about 2 weeks to replenish. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and timing before your order is final.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order items, including custom poly tubing rolls, are produced specifically for your order and carry a 5-roll minimum per size. Lead times are confirmed with your order. Once production has started, made-to-order items cannot be canceled and are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Will-Call Pickup
Will-call orders are picked up at the M Plastics dock at 1800 East 50th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058 during business hours. Payment is due at pickup by cash or check unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Orders not picked up within 10 business days of our ready-for-pickup notice may be restocked, and made-to-order goods may be invoiced.
Payment Terms
New customers are cash on delivery (COD). Net 30 terms are available to approved accounts in good standing. We may require payment or a deposit before production of made-to-order goods.
Sales Tax
California sales tax applies to all taxable sales unless you provide a valid California resale certificate before or at the time of purchase. Tax not collected online will be added at pickup or on your invoice.
Palletization and Shipping
Orders under 50 cases requiring palletization are subject to a $30-per-pallet fee. Different sizes may be mixed on a pallet. Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier pricing; final freight on larger orders is confirmed by quote. Risk of loss passes to you when goods are picked up at our dock or transferred to the carrier.
Returns
Stock items may be returned only with our prior authorization, in unopened cases, and may be subject to a restocking charge. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects. Claims for shortages, damage, or defects must be made within 10 days of pickup or delivery.
Product Use
Product specifications are nominal. It is your responsibility to determine that a product is suitable for your application, including any food-contact, regulatory, or safety requirements. Only products expressly identified as FDA grade are represented as such. Contact us for specifications before ordering if your application has special requirements.
Warranty and Liability
Products are warranted to conform to their stated specifications at the time of delivery. THIS IS THE SOLE WARRANTY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Our liability for any claim is limited to replacement of the nonconforming goods or refund of the price paid for them. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
